Please complete these steps before your pickup. Please note that we cannot allow equipment to leave our premises if we don't have a credit card, signed rental agreement, and valid COI on file.

We require a credit card on file for all rentals, even if you choose another payment method. You will not be charged at this time.
You agree that we can charge this card for any unpaid invoices, damaged or lost items, or any other agreed charges in accordance with the rental agreement (presented in the next step).

Please review and sign the rental agreement below. If you are an individual, use your name in Company Name and 'Sole Proprietor' for the entity type. Your title can be 'Owner' or 'Self'.
